InformationCH. Wildside's Wild TymeBreeder(s): Wildside Owner(s): Wildside This is "Donner". One of "Blue" and "Tarry's" sons. He was a terrific dog with a very long sad story. I was actually able to get him to show for a few shows and out of the terrible home he ended up in. He still has his wonderful spark and was so happy to be with me the short time that we were together. He earned 2 points shown here when he was about 4 years old. I had to send him back to that home he was in. Many years later, the owner called me and I got him back. He was over 12 years old. I was thrilled to get him back so he could have a better life for the time he had left. He was such a mess, very thin, matted and full of infections, but so happy to be groomed, clean and cared for. He got along great with all the other dogs. I would have kept him till the end, but I was so afraid that the other dogs were going to injure him, by their playing and running around him. I found him a great home, and the new owners took such great care of him. He went everywhere with them and they doted on him and loved him so much. It was a great ending to such a sad life. |
